Who says a home cook can't become a chef on her own...especially one that loves cooking and showing off food at its best! I cook everything, but Mexican food is my passion. My experience mainly comes from the traditions of my family, but I also surf the internet to find the best recipes, own a lot of cookbooks, watch food channels, read a lot of menus and cook all the time. Practice makes perfect! My dream is to one day hit the road on a culinary adventure and heck, if there's time and money, go to culinary school.
Another one of my passions is food photography and styling. Food can be so beautiful, why not present it at its best! I'm hoping to make your mouth water through my photos and make you want to try the recipes I share. SO...lets get cookin!
